Condo Management System
A management system for a condominium: an admin side for the office, and a private portal where residents see their own bills and requests.
- Built for
- Telectronic Systems Inc. (TSI) and their condominium client
- My role
- Full-Stack Developer
- When
- Feb 2026 – Apr 2026
The situation
Billing, service requests and occupancy records lived in scattered files. The office could not see the whole picture at once, and residents had no way to check a balance or chase a request without phoning someone.
What I built
I ran the interviews, wrote the requirements, and pitched the system to the CEO before building it. The office got an admin system covering billing, service requests and occupancy. Residents got a separate mobile-friendly portal, secured with their own login, that shows only their own information. Payment receipts uploaded by a resident land in the office's records automatically.
February to April 2026 as sole developer — stakeholder interviews and a written requirements document first, then the build, then a pitch to the CEO.
What it lets people do
- Residents check their balance, bills and request status from a phone
- Residents upload a payment receipt and see it reflected without a phone call
- Office staff manage billing, service requests and occupancy in one place
- Access is scoped by role, so people only see what belongs to them
Under the hood
